Digital Delivery & Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. All items sold in our store are instant digital download products (such as PDF patterns and instructions). Because no physical merchandise is produced or shipped, traditional postal delivery does not apply.

1. Delivery Method & Delivery Time

Instant Download: Immediately upon completing checkout, an order confirmation screen will generate with direct download link(s) for your purchased files.
Email Confirmation: A separate order confirmation email containing your direct download links will be sent automatically to the email address provided at checkout within a few minutes of purchase.
Shipping Cost: All digital downloads are delivered 100% free of charge. There are no shipping fees, handling charges, or import taxes.

2. File Formats & Technical Requirements

Patterns and digital files are delivered in standard PDF format.
To view and print your files, you will need a PDF reader (such as Adobe Acrobat Reader, Apple Books, or any standard modern web browser).
Ensure your device has sufficient storage and capability to download and open standard file formats before purchasing.

3. Haven’t Received Your Download Link?

If your download links do not arrive within 5–10 minutes of completing your purchase, check the following:

Check Spam/Junk Folders: Automated confirmation emails can occasionally be filtered by email providers into Spam, Promotions, or Junk folders.
Verify Your Email Address: If you checked out with an alternate email (such as an Apple Pay or PayPal relay address) or made a typo during entry, the email may have gone there.
Download Limit / Expired Links: If your link expires or you experience technical interruptions while downloading, contact us directly with your order number.

4. Returns, Cancellations & Exchanges

Due to the non-returnable nature of digital content once accessed or downloaded:

All digital pattern sales are final.
We cannot offer cancellations, returns, or refunds once a file has been sent or downloaded.
If you encounter an issue opening a file, notice an error in a document, or accidentally purchase duplicate copies of the exact same pattern in a single order, reach out to our team so we can assist you.
